  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • We may refuse service, close accounts, or cancel orders at our reasonable discretion, including for suspected fraud or policy violations.

3. Product Authenticity & Condition

We specialize in authentic Supreme products and collaborations. Every item is carefully checked using multi‑point authentication (materials, stitching, tags/season codes, print methods, hardware, packaging, and cross‑reference to release calendars). Items are listed only after verification.

Condition and sizing details are provided on each product page. Condition grading and measurement notes are estimates; minor variances may occur due to manufacturing tolerances and prior handling.

Brand names and trademarks (including “Supreme”) are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with Supreme New York or its licensors.

4. Pricing, Taxes & Availability

  • Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice based on market conditions and availability.
  • Displayed availability is not a guarantee; inventory can change rapidly.
  • Applicable taxes, duties, and fees are calculated at checkout or upon import depending on your delivery address.
  • In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel and refund the order or contact you to confirm the correct price before fulfillment.

5. Orders, Payment & Verification

  • Orders are offers to purchase. A contract forms when we email an order confirmation or ship your items, whichever occurs first.
  • We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.
  • We may perform anti‑fraud checks and request additional verification (e.g., ID or address confirmation). Orders may be cancelled if verification fails or is not completed in time.
  • Chargebacks: initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in account restrictions. We will provide evidence of delivery and authentication during disputes.

6. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Orders ship with tracking in protective packaging. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title pass to you upon carrier receipt. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, contact the carrier and us promptly for assistance.
  • International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
  • Signature confirmation may be required at our discretion for higher‑value shipments.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible items as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Returned items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and any accessories included. Items are re‑verified on return; refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Final sale items, undergarments, and certain limited releases may be non‑returnable; see product page for details.
  • Return shipping and insurance are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability; if unavailable, a refund will be processed per policy.

8. Promotions, Discount Codes & Gift Cards

  • Promotions and codes apply only to qualifying items, cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated, and have published start/end dates or usage limits.
  • Gift cards and store credit are non‑transferable, not redeemable for cash (except where required by law), and subject to fraud screening.
  • We may cancel or refuse promotional redemptions suspected of abuse.

9. User Content & Community Guidelines

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service and our marketing. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third‑party rights.

All content on the Service—text, graphics, logos, images, product data, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Supreme Store Online and protected by applicable IP laws. The Service may link to third‑party sites (e.g., payment processors, carriers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

13. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Service and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. Color display and sizing can vary by device and manufacturing run; we do not guarantee exact matches.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supreme Store Online and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or products. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product(s) at issue in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Consumers in the EU/UK or other regions may have mandatory rights under their local laws; if those conflict with this clause, your local mandatory rights will prevail to that extent.

17. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Most issues can be resolved by contacting [email protected]. If not resolved, you and we agree to binding arbitration on an individual basis administered by a recognized provider under its rules. Class actions and class arbitrations are not permitted. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing us with “Arbitration Opt Out” in the subject line and your order details in the body.

Small claims court remains available for eligible disputes. This clause does not limit any non‑waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service; details and choices are described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to the Terms
