Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Updates

    - Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created. It may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first scan. - Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels; each will have its own tracking number. - Signature is required on high-value orders and at our discretion for safe delivery.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen

    - Marked “Delivered” but not received: check with household, neighbors, and building management. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier and then our support team. - No movement for 7 business days: reach out to support with your order number so we can open a trace with the carrier. - Packages reported stolen may require a police report for claim processing.
