Order Processing & Cutoffs
- Processing is typically 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST will begin processing the same business day.
- During peak releases, allow an additional business day for final checks.
- Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
Orders flagged for verification may require a quick confirmation to protect cardholders; we will contact you via email if needed.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Import duties, taxes, and fees are assessed by your local customs office and are the recipient’s responsibility.
- We cannot mark items as gifts or declare lower values.
- Customs processing can add 1–7 business days to delivery time depending on country.
- If a shipment is refused, original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping/fees may be deducted from any refund.
We ship to most countries. We do not ship to sanctioned destinations or where carrier service is unavailable.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking Updates
- Tracking is emailed as soon as your label is created. It may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the first scan.
- Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels; each will have its own tracking number.
- Signature is required on high-value orders and at our discretion for safe delivery.
Lost, Delayed or Stolen
- Marked “Delivered” but not received: check with household, neighbors, and building management. If still missing after 24 hours, contact the carrier and then our support team.
- No movement for 7 business days: reach out to support with your order number so we can open a trace with the carrier.
- Packages reported stolen may require a police report for claim processing.
Packing & Condition
- Apparel is sealed in protective poly or garment bags; accessories and small goods are padded and boxed when necessary.
- Tamper-evident tape is used on all outbound cartons.
- We re-verify condition prior to dispatch. If a discrepancy is found, we will email you immediately with options.
Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: eligible for USPS services only.
- APO/FPO/DPO: shipped via USPS; delivery times vary by destination.
- Freight forwarders: orders to known forwarders may require additional verification or be canceled at our discretion.
- Hazardous items (e.g., select aerosols) may have carrier restrictions and cannot ship by air.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on unworn items in original condition within the policy window. Please review our full policy before initiating a return.
Free standard shipping is available on US orders of $200 or more after discounts and before tax. International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.
We primarily use USPS, UPS, and DHL Express depending on destination, speed selected, and package size. The carrier for your order will be shown in your tracking email.
For security, we cannot change the address once an order has shipped. If your order has not shipped, contact support immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
International shipments are DDU. Your country’s customs office may assess duties, VAT, and handling fees upon import. These charges are not collected at checkout.
Please check with neighbors and your building/concierge and allow 24 hours. If still missing, contact the carrier to open a trace, then email us with your order number.
We may require a signature on high-value orders or at our discretion to ensure secure delivery. If you need to adjust delivery, use the carrier’s tracking portal options.
