Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
- All original tags, accessories, dust bags, stickers, and packaging must be included.
- Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (proof via carrier scan).
- Footwear must be tried on indoors only and returned with an undamaged box (ships inside a protective carton).
- Every return is re-authenticated and quality-checked before approval.
Non‑returnable Items
- Items marked Final Sale, Clearance, or Outlet Final.
- Underwear, face coverings, and opened accessories with hygiene seals removed.
- Customized items or special orders.
- Products showing wear, odors, alterations, or missing components/packaging.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a new order. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or color. This ensures availability on limited pieces.
How to Start a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, item, and reason. Include clear photos if there’s an issue.
- Receive an RMA number and return instructions. In some regions we can provide a prepaid label; otherwise, use a tracked service of your choice.
- Pack securely: place retail boxes inside a shipping carton; include all tags/accessories and your RMA inside.
- Ship within 7 days of RMA issuance and share the tracking link.
- Once received, we re-verify authenticity and condition. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Domestic US: Discounted prepaid labels may be available; otherwise, customer is responsible for return shipping.
- International: Customer is responsible for return shipping, customs forms, and duties. Mark as “Return of Merchandise.”
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit), we cover reasonable return shipping.
- No restocking fees on approved returns in original condition.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Inspection window: 2–3 business days after the package is delivered to our facility.
- Refund posting: 1–3 additional business days depending on your bank or PayPal.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Store credit is available upon request at the time you initiate your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and the shipping box/label if damaged in transit. We’ll prioritize a replacement where possible or a full refund upon verification.
International Returns & Duties
- Use a tracked service and keep proof of posting.
- Clearly mark the parcel as “Return of Merchandise” to avoid import charges on our side.
- Duties/taxes paid on import are set by your customs authority and are non‑refundable by us. You may claim them back directly where applicable.
Packaging Guidelines
- Place retail boxes inside a protective outer carton — do not ship shoe boxes alone.
- Include the RMA number inside the parcel and write it on the shipping label if requested.
- Use original poly bags, tags, tissue, and brand accessories.
Extended Holiday Returns
Orders placed from November 15 to December 31 qualify for an extended return window until January 15 of the following year, provided items remain unworn and complete with original packaging.
